The barn is owned by Larry & Debra Wagner.

The Cow & Maple block square was chosen to remember and honor Larry’s father, Claude W. Wagner, aka “June,” for his work work and devotion not only to his family but also the Garrett County Fair, where he was one of the founding members. June and his family were recognized as ‘Garrett County Farm Family’ back in the 1950’s.

Location:
From Oakland, travel north on Rt. 219 about 3 miles.  Turn right onto Spring Glade Road.  Go 0.2 miles and the farm lane is on the left just past Julie’s Greenhouse and Wagner Trucking garage.  You may drive back the driveway to get a better look.
